What is “Channel Member Program”?

1tube.my channel member program was developed to promote videos/messages by advertisers in 1tube.my to the Malaysian public by way of sharing videos. To make this program work 1tube.my has formulated an incentive program to promote the sharing of these videos. Each video promoted by a channel member will be rewarded with cash and prizes.
 
To Join
- You must be a Malaysian citizen, 16 and above
- You have a Twitter and Facebook account
- You must register your account at 1tube.my with Facebook
- You must integrate your 1tube.my account with Twitter
- You must provide current address, mobile and home telephone number.
- Terms and conditions, privacy policy, copyright issue, and terms of use must be obeyed at all times
- You must enable cookie your web browser
 

How to Share and Earn?
1. Select a campaign
2. Click the link “Get Paid To Share This Video” button and commented on at video comment box in 1tube.my
3. Check your earnings at your user profile page
4. One campaign is limited to one share per user
5. Unique visitors are calculated from visits coming in through the share link


What not to do when sharing

1. Don't use automated methods to generate clicks on your link
2. Don't use misleading message to gain clicks on your link
3. Don't email people that you don't know
4. Don't ask other users to click your links
5. Don't post your link on shoutboxes and discussion forums
6. Don't post your link on campaign's website or campaign Facebook page
7. Don't post your link on 1tube.my and 1tube.my Facebook page
8. Don't post your link on job hunting sites
9. Don't use Paid To Click (PTC) sites
10. Don't join secret groups or click-rings to click each others' links

If any of the above detected your earnings will be deducted accordingly and your account will be suspended.


Definition of Sharing and Earning

- Each share will be rewarded with cash or prize.
- Per share there will be unique visitors coming in through your video link, these unique visitors will also be calculated into your earnings.
- Value for each share and per unique visitor varies from campaign to campaign as different campaigns will generate different RM value


Payment Terms

Your Earnings

1tube.my will hold all funds generated by the provision of the service. 1tube.my will on your behalf maintain a credit against your name for all funds paid by a business to you. No money will vest in you as a 1tube.my account holder until that money is paid to you or at your direction as permitted under these terms of use. Nothing in these terms of use creates an obligation on 1tube.my as agent, trustee or any other fiduciary relationship for you as a 1tube.my account holder.

1tube.my will retain financial information relating to your transaction record. To the extent possible, 1tube.my will store this information in a non identifying form. Particulars of the amount standing to your credit will be clearly displayed as 'My Earning' - accessible after you log into your 1tube.my account.

Transferability

Your 1tube.my account, password and user name is personal to you and is not transferable under any circumstances.

Accurate Information

You may only use 1tube.my for lawful purposes. You are also responsible whenever your user id and password is used.
You must provide us with valid and truthful information. In particular you agree that the information provided on the 1tube.my registration screens, together with any other personal contact details are valid and correct.

You must inform us of any change in the information provided by you on the 1tube.my registration screens (including but not limited to email address and other personal contact information) as soon as practicable. Any changes please email to admin@1tube.my.

You further agree to use reasonable efforts to keep any other information provided up to date. As one of the conditions of your use, you warrant and represent that you are a genuine or bona fide account holder and that you are not using the terms of use for any other purpose. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that your use of 1tube.my complies with these terms of use and any notices received by you from 1tube.my.
